
Ingredients:
- 1 box pasta
- 3 diced chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons mild curry powder (for chicken)
- 1 tablespoon oil (for chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice chicken breasts and season with salt and curry powder
- Boil pasta as directed on package, set aside to cool
- Cook chicken in a skillet, set aside to cool
- Chop, celery, bell pepper, white onion and scallions
- Once pasta and chicken have cooled, place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix
- Refrigerate for about an hour and serve.
